how long can we expect to receive a work permit ?

Hello everyone

I am Guinean and I already have a work contract in Luxembourg, I have applied for a work permit at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for more than 3 months now.

My question is how long can we expect to receive an answer?

I also understood that after 4 months, we can consider our application as rejected, is that correct?

I would also like to have feedback for people who have gone through this process
