Can anyone refer me to a Spanish-speaking US immigration attorney?

My wife is Dominican and has a green card.  Shell needs some guidance on the specifics of the renewal process for her card in 2024.

Hello crabelramble,

I hope that soon you will receive some valuable suggestions from other members of this forum.

Meanwhile, it would be advisable for you to consult our Dominican Republic business directory, which contains a list of Immigration lawyers in Dominican Republic.

Cheers,

@crabelramble You might have more luck looking in the US Expat forum since a large number of those members will have experience with the US green card process. The business directory for the US might have a few listed as well.

Hi, there.

No need to use an immigration attorney… neither in the D.R. nor in the good, ole US of A.

The green card renewal process is probably the simplest of all the immigration processes. All you and you wife have to do is fill out form I-90. The instructions are über-simple and straightforward. You could potentially save yourself some of your hard-earned money by doing it from the comfort of your house.

We've done that twice over the last 20+ years so I understand what has to be done. That is not the reason I want to consult with an Immigration attorney.

Thanks! That's a good idea. Where would I find that forum?
