assalamu aleikum,

I am looking for information about bringing stepchild to KSA. The information is very confusing with some saying it is not possible and others saying it is. I would highly appreciate information from someone who has gone through this recently.

You can bring in your step child. The process is slightly different than normal dependents.

My wife has joint custody of my step child from her EX. Do we need sole custody to bring the step child to Saudi along with consent?
