Anyone know which of the myriad corn products is closest to grits? Polenta works but isn’t ideal? Thanks!

Dang! Now I want to eat some grits!!

I found "Gritz de Milho Orgânico 400g - Ecobio" but who knows if it turns out the same!!??!! I don't think these grits are "hominy" grits either.

My moma used to fry country ham and then use the pan drippings to make what she called “red eye gravy”. She spooned that over grits and butter.
