Digital Nomad visa subordinate work

@all kindly advise how to prepare , as I am self employed and also do passive income activity.

consulate in website said ;

1. in case of subordinate work

a) work contract

b) Declaration by employer confirming the labor link.

2. In case of independent professional activity

a) Society contract

b) Contract of services provision

c) Documents attesting the services provided to one

or more entities.

My situation is ;

I am executive partner in on partnership firm also have monthly salary , mainly I engage online and offline to follow up work. Secondly I have overseas client to whom I give remote services getting passive each month.

i need advise which be better and how to prepare from above.

I will be grateful and appreciate for help.
