HSM Visa Decision Period

Hello,

I have been living in the Netherlands for the past year with an HSM visa, and my employer has renewed my contract indefinitely.

My Employer applied for the renewal of my HSM visa on March 23rd. My current one will finish on June 1st.

However, I haven't seen any progress so far, and IND has not requested any documents from me or my employer. My current contract starts on June 1st. Has anyone else experienced some situation this before?

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

You can apply to renew your visa up to 3 months before it expires. I've not heard of anybody on here encountering any problems doing this. My advice is to give the IND a call and ask them.
