S pass approved and then Rejected

Post new topic

RK Zehra

Hi Everyone,

I got a job offer and my S pass got approved but MoM mentioned my husband’s educational details on the declaration form (I provided the correct info - this was MoM’s mistake) I then highlighted this to MoM after which my application was processed again and then got rejected stating “Candidate is not eligible for work pass”.

my employer then appealed which was rejected again. Jotting down a few pointers for better clarity.

  • Company had S pass quota
  • They approved the application first which means they are open for a foreigner to fill in this position
  • It was an entry level E-commerce Executive role
  • I have over 6.6 years of experience out of which 6 months was pure E-commerce

I just want to know if anyone had a similar case or what could be the possible reasons of rejection, is it my profile or the job role because if I will not find out the reason even my next application for another job would be rejected.

would really appreciate your feedback/suggestion on this. 1f642.svg

I am sorry for the situation, but if MoMmakes a mistake (and corrcets it later), this does not make you more eligible for an S-Pass.Tofind out more, your employer can try to contact MoM.
