Anyone have experience with obtaining a visa for a family member via the "Expression of Interest" clause?

@rogerpart The Expression of Interest, also known as 'ManifestaÃ§Ã£o de Interesse' is an application done by those who apply for residency in Portugal whilst they are here as visitors. This normally applies to those like Brazilians and US citizens who are allowed visa-free entry to Portugal, and who decide to reside here.
