Please advise the top5 medical insurance coverage for expats in bahrain?

It really depends on what you are willing to spend as premium and what you want as services. You can't just say top 5 as that would mean different things to different people. For example, a lot of people like AXA but for me, it is not good at all re: the benefits I get.
