Unable to Issue SADAD for Iqama Renewal - System Error in QIWA

Dear Gents,

I would appreciate your response to my query. I want to go on emergency leave, my Iqama is expired & I want to renew it. When I ask my sponsor to provide me SADAD number for renewing Iqama, they said there is a system error in QIWA & they are unable to provide SADAD. its from last 03 days, Please advise what to do?
