Hello jhope u are doing well , I am new here but I am from saudi arabia I want to move to Portugal. Could you please give me some advice what should I do .its will be great pleasure for me .thank u

You can apply for this visa at the Portuguese embassy in Riade:

https://riade.embaixadaportugal.mne.gov.pt/en/

You can do everything by yourself, you don't need an agency. Unfortunately from what is written on the website, it looks there are no scheduling slots available in the next few months ....
