Hello!

I’m Lynn from British Columbia Canada. Just prior to the *great pause* I had set my sights on moving to Portugal - much has changed for me during this time but I am now beginning to look at options once again even though the landscape has changed a lot.

I work in the arts as a consultant/ curator and enjoy a fairly flexible lifestyle. I spend a lot of time in one place as my preferred way to travel, allowing a place to unfold rather than trying to unfold it. Some of my favourite  countries where I’ve had long term stays are Greece, Turkey and Italy. I fell in love with Portugal on my first and only visit there, and have felt drawn ever since.

Are there any other other self employed Canadians who  work remotely from Portugal? Curious to know how people have approached this? Visas? Non-resident status etc…
