Transfer Company with active contract in Qiwa

Hello everyone, i just want to ask about what to do in my current situation. I was transferred to this new company 4 months ago. This is my first transfer of sponsorship. My last company agreed for a release. Now i work with my current company 4months already and i have active contract for 2years for them. But i want to transfer to a new company because i am not happy working with them the system of this company is just awful. Question: can i transfer to a new company without the approval of the current employer? Btw my iqama is still not renewed. My iqama already 5months expired. But my current company still not taking action to renew it. When I'm asking them about the update for my iqama renewal. They only saying always. Inshallah this month. Always like thay. But how many months have past. Still not renewed. And all my banks and cards i cannot use. I cannot even send money on my own. Because it's all deactivate by the banks.
