I might be wrong but an English speaking community in the Netherlands is not that big that can provide you directions to English speaking jobs.

For working in the Netherlands you need permits to live and work and your Dutch must be at a high level.

Even when you accomplish the needed permits, the life around you and outside your work is in Dutch and not everyone can or willing to speak Dutch.

The Netherlands is very English friendly in general, but most of the jobs that are English-ONLY are high skill jobs working for multinational companies with European HQs in Amsterdam and maybe jobs with international organizations in The Hague. Just about any other job, such as in the service sector, is generally going to require a pretty high level of Dutch beyond just speaking English as Primadonna said. Good luck out there!
