Searching for Real Estate Title Insurance For Home Purchase in PR

I am from California and looking to buy a home in Southeast Puerto Rico. I am researching title insurance companies but do not find any of the title companies I am familiar with, physically located on the island. Otherwise I have to use a Fidelity Title affiliate based in Florida that covers properties in Puerto Rico. Does anyone have experience with obtaining title insurance for your property? Who did you use? How much did they cost?
