Probably 2 choices for you:
An exclusive hospital serving English-speaking expats (sorry, no specific recommendations from me)
or
Become fluent in Tiếng Việt (the Vietnamese language) and apply anywhere.
Otherwise, an inability to be fluent in the local language will certainly limit your ability to find a legal job.
