Unfortunately there's very little chance of a non-Bulgarian getting work in Bulgaria unless they have specialist skills and can get an employer willing to sponsor them and do all the paperwork.

If you mean live in Bulgaria but work remotely doing a job you already have, there's a freelancer D visa. It also requires a lot of paperwork. The Bulgarian Embassy will be able to give you more information on what's needed, or if you search the forum for D visa, you will find a great deal of discussion about the various visas available and the requirements.
