Qiwa request automatic accept if Iqama expired

Cancel the old request. As it was initiated when your iqama was valid. So it will go to current employer for approval . Tell new em0loyer to send request one more time

To transfer without employer permission or approval, transfer request should be initiated when iqama is expired .

    Cancel the old request. and ask to make a new request from your new company now, once you accept it, it will be auto transfer.

@AK001 the previous request will cancelled on 27th of June. Then after how many days new request can be initiated?? Please tell me I'm confused with that.

Furthermore, if i cancel it by myself then what's the next procedure? Can the new employer send me another request immediately?

@abdurrehmanpour1 ask your new employer to cancel request and resend again, if your iqama got expired no need approval from your current employer, you have just to accept the request then the new employer should process through absher, if all mentioned done, you're now transferred , to make sure login to your absher and check your sponsor name if Changed from current to new sponsor name thats mean all done, because I'm just transferred 3 days back .

@abdurrehmanpour1 yes, no need current employer approval , just make sure that you find another company to accept you. Its my experienced last 20TH of june i received my offered through QIWA i accepted it then the new employer processing through absher after 1 day i checked my absher i found my sponsorship changed .

Hi,  I got the new JOB offer and accepted it.. but MY CURRENT agreement is going to expire on 27th December 2023 with 60 days notice period and Iqma is going to EXPIRE s on 22nd JAN 2024.

Now my new employer asking me to check with my current employer when they going to release me ..then the new employer will send the requisition through QIWA.

but on the Qiwa portal, the contract expiry date shows December. 2027 and the notice period is 90 days.

Please advise??????????

I just want to ask I just transfered 2days ago to another sponsor . because my previous sponsor is not giving salary everymonth & they're not respecting their nurse even in the accomodation if their's new nurse they will remove you in your room without permission. & we don't have Insurance also.. Is their's any problem regarding about my situation now? I check my absher its already new sponsor

I am going through the same situation, i already got transfer request but my current company is not accepting it. And my iqama will get expired on 4th of August.

What happened to your case later on? Are you with current or new employer?

My contract will expire November 11,2024 and my iqama will expire march 25,2025… i submitted  non-renewal of contract and notice countdount already started… If i transfer to new employer does it need approval from my current employer?

Hi guys, please I need a help with this matter. I'm a new employer who want to transfer the iqama of one domestic helper without approval of the old employer, because her iqama was expired 5 years ago.

Can I send a transfer request through QIWA to her and we can transfer without approval of the old kafeel?

If, so, what should I also do to legalize her iqama after 5 years being expired?
