Anyone know where to find raw kimchi? I'm looking for the natural, unpasteurized variety that's rich in probiotics. Living in District 7 there are a number of Korean food stores around, but even with Google translate I don't fancy my luck. Lazada has numerous brands but hard to differentiate pasteurized from unpasteurized. Thanks
