Qiwa Contract

I had Qiwa contract until May. But my company modified without my approval and now its showing until Sept. they modified many terms also including joining dates. i dont understand how is it possible to modify without my approval. How they did it. Its showing online on my account as terminated the previous one and showing uploaded new one. Is this cyber crime? Should i report. I sent e mail to Qiwa but no response.

secondly if i have job offer from another place this time can i proceed as the contract is still valid until sept? Can a new contract be uploaded by another new company as my current modified contract is still active until sept without my approval.
