Hello,

I just arrived in La Boisse (close to Lyon) with my family. Before we lived abroad, due to our professional background. I am German and my wife French, originally from the region of Lille. We spent the last months in Tasmania and NZ. Regarding to put our daughter in CE1 in September we chose Lyon mainly for private reasons. Now looking for jobs and a place to live on a long term. We both have a strong professional background, whereby I will try to continue with several projects leading to self employment. But for the beginning we have to find an interim postion. I am an outdoor educator, mechanic and logistician with experience all over the world; speaking French, English and German. We will commute frequently to south Germany (Freiburg i.Br.)

If there are some Germans around would be nice to meet, just to exchange experience or if somebody has some tips for the job market feel free to contact us...
