Hi all. I need information on below points.

1) I have Bachelors degree in IT completed in 2013 .I applied for sce and paid 500 SAR and also 250 SAR Membership fee. After few days my yakeen is verified but jazawat is not since I applied with border number as I yet to get iqama. In my sce account section I can see a document named Introduction Letter stating my registration is valid for an year and my specialization as computer engineer but i also got a notification that it will take 30 days for verification.

So my plan is to apply for profession change once I get iqama. So can I for apply profession change with this SCE registration or do i have to wait for complete SCE verification.

2) My Engineering degree has Apostille . So will it be enough for profession change Or do i have to get embassy attestation as well bcoz I got my SCE registration from Apostille only without embassy attestation.
