Hi everyone after submitting additional documents does one status change or does ibz inform they have received the documents ,thanks in advance

I have the similar problem, 19th of July my employer has been uploaded the additional documents, still today the status has been not changed. No response or update from ibz team... I requested my employer to reach out to the them, wanna see how it goes, I would be completing 15days by tomorrow.
