Hi,

My salary was also a little lower than the required amount and I also have a temporary contract. I attached my bank statements along with the application to manifest that we have enough financial resources. My husband's application was approved (positive response. You can also attach your bank statements with savings etc.

Hope it helps.

@gbhai789 your wife's wages do not count because it is not a fixed guaranteed wage, only the wages. Of the applications counts and must be at least 1976eu net

The sponsor's income must be stable and regular.

The sponsor must have at least €2,008,32 net/month in Augustus 2023.

Below that amount, you must provide excel sheet/whatever + bank statement that prove the incomes / expenses and that the partner has enough money to take care of you

@gbhai789 Don't worry. One of my friend got visa approved for his wife 2 months ago. His salary was 1500/1600 euro net per month. Here you can here so many information this and that until you face it by yourself.

Me myself have applied for my husband. And my net is 1600 per month. So don't worry to much my friend.

My partner applied for a VISA C, family reunification and was declined. We are going to appeal. Just wanted to know if anyone has had the experience of an appeal being won or should we rather use a lawyer ? It was declined because (according to IBZ) he can't prove enough money for his stay, when if they'd read Page 2 of the bank statement, it is clearly enough - more than the requiremnt even !!
