Changing C.Eng or P.Eng to SCE equivalent membership

Hello people of KSA,

I have P.Eng (or C.Eng) license from Canada and would like to change that to an equivalent SCE membership. Is that possible? How do I go about doing that? Do I still need the 5-years of post-grad experience?
