Can I work in UAE with reactive HCV? And non reactive rna ? Under the 6 categories? Can I get working visa from visit visa?

The 6 categories are for Hep B and not Hep C. There shouldn't be an issue with Hep C.

Yes, you can work in UAE with reactive HCV if your RNA test is non-reactive. You can also convert your visit visa to a working visa under certain conditions.
