Transferring new company and job

altyne

I am currently employed for more than 9 years in limited contract (2 years) in mainland Abu Dhabi. I am planning to resign and transfer (apply) to a new company.

I want to transfer to a new company that I am positive that I will get hire because I have to sign a job offer before resigning in current employer.

What are the good approach to do to avoid burning bridges in both party.

- Does accepting (signing) the job offer violates from my current contract - which I am currently employed?

- In the new UAE labor law, I can resign in limited contract as long I will render 60 days as notice period

- When joining new company does not require NOC - (Non Objection Certificate)?

- Does my current employer will no ban me or accept my resignation?

What I need to emphasize is I will transfer in both companies in good terms and securing new job (transitions smoothly)
