Vietnam National Day holidays begin this Friday, September 1st and continue through Monday, Sept 4th.
Immigration will not do any processing after this Thursday, August 31st and will not resume processing again until Tuesday, September 5th. Remember that you can't dependably count the day of submission in your wait time. SO, if you submit on Thursday, August 31st you probably won't receive your approval before Thursday, September 7th or Friday, September 8th. If this puts you in a bind, consider using a dependable Visa agent who can process your application quicker for a reasonable fee. Good luck!
