How to cash USD from PayPal into Dirham

Hi,

I am in Ras Al Khaimah now. I want to cash my PayPal money to Dirham. Does anyone in RAK have PayPal account so I transfer USD to his/her account, and he/she to send Dirham in my local bank account here?

I doubt anyone will accept FX transfer in any GCC country from an unknown person. The risk is too great.  I know people who have faced issues with account closures and legal action just because there was a question mark on receipient source of funds.  Better place to ask is among your friends and family who know you.
