5yrs old kid born in Saudi Arabia can add to under mother family visa

Iam nurse working in ministry hospital ,I have 5yrs old twins born in Saudi Arabia, still didn't take iqama,now I got family visa,can add my twins to family visa or not? Without going exit.i have 8yrs old son already under my iqama.my husband is on job visa.pls give me reply
