I hear SAIF is slow in booking and responses, anyone knows any reputable visa agency? that can advise and help process visa applications?

The SEF is being restructured. In November it will be replaced by a new agency. Let's hope things get better. I doubt that an agency will make the process faster. You can apply for a visa on your own, there's some help here:
