Can I file an exit in 1 year prior to iqama renewal

Just wanna ask if I can file an exit if the following contract terms were not followed:

  1. Position hired QS - But working as Facility Maintenance, paygrade not realigned, additional work not related to Civil Eng’g included (Janitorial, AutoCAD of mechanical & electrical)
  2. Staying unnecessarily in office beyond working time only waiting for transpo back to camp
  3. Salary adjustment after 6 mos. as agreed did not materialized, has been about 2 mos. from supposed effectivity
