Someone borrow to me 150 riyal and he dont want to pay

He borrow to me 150 riyal and promised to pay full amount but after 2 months still he didn't pay i don't know what im going to do he is omani and im expat now i can't contact him .. Telling only he will pay but no assurance when he cheated..
