I plan on visiting Cebu for about a month, from February 2024. Looking at Air BNB, rental costs for comfortable and well-located condominiums seem to have gone through the roof. About 1 year ago, monthly rental costs were about $800 USD. Now they seem to be up around $1300 or more
Can anyone let me know where I might reasonably priced short-term accommodation in or around Cebu City ?

In Pattaya, a place I know quite well - many bars have comfortable rooms offering short-term ( as opposed to short-time ) accommodation, Do any bars in Cebu or Mactan offer similar accommodation for short stay travellers?
