Additional compensation written in qiwa contract

Hi, Gents,

I found that in My contract there are 20,000SAR compensation written which i have to pay on the contract termination.

and the most important thing is that the contract is auto-renual.

How can we change this and what is the processor?

This is the third time my contract renewed by the company.

Is this legal or illegal by the company?

PLease assist me gents.

You will have to submit resignation 90 days prior to the date of auto renewal of your contract , or it is deemed to be accepted by both parties and then the penalty comes into play on termination.
