Final exit during probation

I am in KSA on work permit visa and I want final exit within 1 month of my arrival. When my employer is trying for final exit they are getting a message to get registered on SCE. And i am finally unable to go back even in my emergency situation. How long it will take in this process. And some one please let me know how can I exit successfully?
