Will candidate received a notification if your IPA have rejected ?

I was wondering whether people will received a notification email if respective candidate IPA has rejected.

The employer will be informed if the work pass (not IPA) is rejected.

Yes, I knew that My employers sent the IPA once it was approved. But nowadays MOM looks double check after IPA has been issued, and some of them were rejected.

If a work pass is cancelled after an IPA for it is issued, the employer is informed about it, and in turn will inform you.
