Can I move to Belgium with Italia Carta Soggorno ?

i have italia carta soggorno, and am planning to move to belguim to live and work there.but i dont have anybody there,please how do i go about it?

Please note that I have created a new thread on the Belgium forum from your post so that members can help you. I am not sure you can move to Belgium with your Italia Carta Soggiorno as it is valid for Italy.

It has to be Carta soggiorno UE per soggiornanti di lungo periodo.

If you have that, you will need to fidn a stable job and have adequate accomodation in Belgium in order to be able to initiare the process and obtain a Belgian residence permit.
