Hello,

Is Bahrain currently strict in approving visit visa from Philippines? What requirements are they most strict at?

I am currently in the Philippines and want to visit friends, and do not have relatives in Bahrain.

Also, I am a girl, will it also be a problem if the friend I am visiting is a guy?

As far as I know, Philippines does not have a visa on arrival in Bahrain.

Not that I have heard off i.e. strictness for philipines. Follow the requirements on the evisa site. No issue in who you are visiting.

Usually here in Bahrain once you follow all the required document you can get visit visa. But the problem is in the immigration officer in Philippines. they usually ask question regarding the visit and if you have relative in Bahrain that you will visit and they will ask for affidavit of support if you can't provide it. its up to the immigration officer if he/she will approve you or "offloading" you.
