Opening a spa in Barbados

@Julien   good evening my name is lanna  i am new to the site retiring Rn  an returning back home  in Barbados after 40 yrs abroad

i would like to open a small spa work focus on Botox, fillers, laser facial and tattoo removal.  How would i go about getting started in Barbados? What  do i need  to get this going? what document ect
