I married a bitch. Only to find out that she only after the papers. She is working fulltime for the last 4 yrs. With an F card. She is about to renew her ID November nxt year and she left me for another bitch. Can I appeal to cancel her ID and be deported? I want this user to to be deported. Need any advice. Thanks.

@Brightme. Impossible after 3 years. The law protect her. If it was before 3 years . Yes u can ... too late

@Brightme

I don’t think you have the right to terminate her stay or ask her to be deported, that is not up to you.

She has been contributing for this country for the past 4 years and you think that just because you want she will lose her stay?

There are always two sides to the story.

My advice is : move on!

A simple lawyer would sort out her situation and easily get you into trouble for defamation

@Brightme ... she is protected by the law and you have no right to deport her ... she get her F card by the law not by you . There s a law . And she was working 4 years .   Your message is a proove against you.. if she saw that she can use it against you and you will be in troubles. Move on and learn from it ... papers its not given from you . It was her right simply
