I would just like to find out what is the best way to go about getting a job in the medical field as a foreign national in Barcelona, Spain.

I suggest you do a little research online with regard to your filed of expertise in the medical field.
Then perhaps send your CV to hospitals and clinics for possible employment.
There may well be an examination of some kind you may have to pass to be able to work.

Hey Stumpy.
I have done some research online whilst in my home country but I'm finding it difficult to get direct acces to open applications. I'm guessing it would be much easier if I was in Barcelona.
If anyone has any info or direct links to hospitals and/or psychological clinics for none EU citizens I would appreciate it (I'll receive my master's degree in psychology in 2024).
