Hello,

I have started my work from 22/11/2022 by Training visa(visit visa). Then I got work visa in April2023, My work visa will expire on 02 April. But I have resigned from my company as per company policy of 90days and my last day of working is Dec 26, 2023.

So my 1st question is, am I eligible for indemnity?

2. Will my company can ask me to pay for remaining fees for pending visa ?

And my company will cancel my visa. So they will get refund for the remaining days ?

My question is  did you started work on your training visa for the same company through which you got your visa? or it was different company?
