Its very easy to be misstaken at age.

E g one of my sisters got asked in train ticket selling if she wanted child ticket (max 13yo). Then she was 23yo mother to two boys

One of the women/girls, who wanted us to be together, when I were around 40, looked 23, but by what she had told about school I knew she was 15. And she told she had been let in at minimum 21 party place since she was only 13!  I looked around 25 myself so it didnt look being any age difference (but I said No thanks anyway, inspite of she being very beautiful, funny and danced very good together so we thought of making a compeete pair.)

Some women dont tell the truth about age. And some men dont think of checking 

And some men dont tell truth about age neither    E g a friend did show a photo of a man being interested in her and asked for my oppinion. I happened to recognize him! by as young he had been a famous sport team coach to e g one of my cousins, so he could impossible be younger than me. But an ok man, so I told her both about age and other things I knew.

    The police took the girl to the medical doctor and the doctor did a medical examination and there was no penetration or sighs of sex.the police contacted Al my past friends and relationships to to if I had a history of dating young girls.i has enough evidence to get my case dismissed.

Well. It is a crime to even be alone with an underaged girl in e g a hotel room even not intend to do anything.

So risk not total dismissed. But PERHAPS they will find your time in custody being enough even if found guilty.

So extra unwice to make a crime by meeting her in other country before she is 18yo...

One thing I would like to know if you do not mind answering is - What was it like in prison there? I can imagine many people cramped in a cell. the humidity and the bugs, sleeping on the floor, etc but how did the other inmates treat you and did they know the reason you were banged up?

It was terrible I'm prison.slewp on the floor like a dog.very crowded.no running water.toilets don't flush.on rice and salted fish.you had to buy your water to shower.bugs in rice. I was threatened daily by the inmates they were going to rape me.but my 25 years of martial arts stopped that.hahha.most of the inmates were very kind and caring to me.they helped me survive.the the prison guards all drove new expensive motorcycles and scooters.the warden I saw 3 times collecting money from the work the inmates done.very corrupt prison.i was beaten by a prison guard 4 times as they took there rifle and bashed me with it.5 cracked ribs and a swollen head. At least I still have a virgin bum

In the USA with its different culture of, say, divorced females with kids and boyfriends hanging around when the girlfriend is out, is, as far as I know, not illegal at all. But if a 35 yo man checks into a hotel with a 15 yo girl and somebody complains, the police might come in and arrest the man (I know of that happening). For the Philippines I cannot find any provisions that state it is illegal for an unrelated adult to be with a minor. Can you cite that legal provision? Thanks.

The Filipino Pea did a video about this about 3 years ago talking to Attorney Gracelyn and an Ex Pat can get into serious trouble if somebody reports that he is alone with an unrelated minor. She quoted the Child Abuse Law 76/10.

Exactly. According to what OP told about what was proven NOT done in Phils, I suppouse it ISNT a crime in USA.

I have to agree with that. It seems he is saying that the girl claimed to be 22 regardless of looking like a minor. If she was 22, then she could have looked 16 so no problem, right? He will shack up with a 22 year old who looks 16 (and actually IS 16) and then get drawn into the scam and be demanded money to not be turned in.

Most of these women have Facebook Accounts and if I am in communication with one of them I always try to verify what they tell me by looking at their account. I like to see information in their bio like date of birth, where they are from, where they work, etc. If there is not much in there I would dismiss them. Sometimes you will find their date of birth in full, sometimes you will find nothing and sometimes you find the day and month of birth only. It is not difficult to work out their age most of the time so for example, if the profile said born on 17 Jun and the year was missing, I would look at pictures and posts on that date going back years. Most of the time you can find pictures or videos of a birthday celebration with a banner in the background or a cake with the age on it so for example Happy 25th birthday .Even if you find one going back some years celebrating their 16th birthday, you can calculate how old they are today. So if the picture was from 2018, just add 5 years on. Some do not have pictures or videos with celebrations but just a simple picture saying something like (bye bye teens, hello 20's.

Another way to work out their age is to go back to their school or college years and you will probably find posts saying something like (grade 14 smashed, starting grade 15). Again look at the year of the post or picture and work forward to calculate the age. Finding the age for different grade levels at school can be done by using google.

I have never had to check the age because I stay clear of the younger, early twenties women but if I am chatting to a lady and she lies about her age I am suspicious so it is one of the things I check just to make sure she is not lying to me. If she lies about her age, I figure she will lie about other things so I tend to check details. Another example for me is if she says she does not drink and I find pictures of her in bars or at home with beer or brandy in hand - red flag.

Nearly every profile will give you some clues so check before jumping in. You can also ask them to send you a picture of their ID Card.

I might just be available, I gotta tell you before you hire me, I don't work cheap (Clint Eastwood in A Fistful of Dollars).

Unfortunately most PI work comes down to Surveillance or (Steak Outs for our American members). Therefore a PI needs a strong bladder and with the amount of coffee and water I consume, I would not be suitable. That said, I do like a juicy steak when I go out.
