Purchased property and titles

Hello everyone I’m Jeannie and I’m new to this forum. I’m hoping someone can help me figure something’s out. About alittle over a year ago I purchased a condo in the bavaro las altagracias area that at the time it was in the final process of completion I went ahead and and gave all my deposit and final payment as instructed and was told upon final payment I will receive keys and title to my place well here we are and no title and no concrete info as to when I will receive a title just constant promises of 45 days and nothing. 1st lawyer was no good and now working with a second lawyer who pretty much seems equally as bad., at this point to try and make some kind of money on this place I’m contemplating on renting with a property management agency but also skeptical on that, anyone can help me figure out how to get my title for this place? Or some sort of advice. Thank I’m advance.
