Assalam o alaikum. .I need to know that do MOH KSA send job offer letter/ contract agreement with the visa? Or we get offer letter/ contract agreement when we report at the centre?

Forget MOH. The standard process for any work visa for Saudi involves getting a contract template which needs to be submitted with the visa application. You will sign a full contract once you land and get an Iqama..........and this is online usually through QIWA.
