Question of End of service benefits.

My contract is for one year, due to some personal reasons , I am going one month early, so i shall be serving for 11 months.  i want to know the following :

  1. am i eligible for end of service benefits
  2. since my vacation is also due, i am eligible for return ticket( maybe the employer can compensate )


please advise.

1) Yes

2) Speak to them.  They are not obliged to give you anything more than a one way ticket - because they can encash your remaining vacation and pay that to you in cash
