What if my employer wants me to terminate while im in my maternity leave. My employer cannot fix my 6hrs duty after my maternity leave, she still wants me to work as regular working hours. I requested for an extension for 15days where in stated in bahrain law. She agreed but with condition that she will not renew my visa anymore. What advice can you share to me. I don't know what to do, I really need my job to support my baby's needs.🥺☹️
