Farewell to the Expat.com Blog Section

Post new topic

Camille_S

Hey everyone,

It's with a hint of nostalgia that we're letting you know the blog section on Expat.com is saying its goodbyes.

Back in the early days, Expat.com was all about blogs—a directory and a platform showcasing the tales of those living the expat life. As time rolled on, the site evolved to meet your needs, dishing out practical info and handy advice to smooth out your plans for living abroad. In order to provide you with the most up-to-date information, we have decided to deactivate the blogs page, which is not part of our expertise.

So, we're flipping the script, but fear not! Everything you need is neatly packed into our country guides. Plus, you can still enjoy other features on the website like the forum, events, services, magazine articles, classified ads, jobs, and housing.

A massive shoutout to all the bloggers who poured their stories into the Blogs section throughout the years. The blog section will be calling it a day this week.

Thank you for your understanding.

Does this mean we can still have access to these blogs for reading only purposes or do they completely disappear?

Cheryl

Hello Primadonna,

Unfortunately, the blog section will no longer be available, meaning that the blogs that were there will also be inaccessible.

Cheers,

Cheryl

hello,

Yes you are right they are no more accessible. However, if you need any info, you can still open a thread on any country forum to seek advice from members.
