Visa and marriage in Belarus (Minsk)

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a special invitation (private visa) a Belarusian woman could send to me in order to obtain the visa then get married legally. I'm planning to meet her, but information are not updated online and are confusing. By the way, I know this lady and it is a legal relation.

I'm a veteran of the Algerian Army and I'm willing to relocate to Belarus (Minsk), I will also transfer my savings and retirement salary, so my situation will be comfortable and legal. I hope you can help with the right and the latest information.
